‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Title for Nolan’s Third Batman?

Quint over at AICN via this interview at Hero Complex Blog reports that director Christopher Nolan has let it be known that the third Batman film in his series will be titled THE DARK KNIGHT RISES keeping up with the lack of “Batman” in the title.

Quint also states that the lack of The Riddler in the third film may pave the way for a female villain, Catwoman or otherwise, Harley Quinn perhaps?
